A throw back to a friendlier, simpler time. Relax and enjoy it for what it is, an unpretentious little gem. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Walk next door for breakfast with the same old-fashioned feeling. If you want today's cookie-cutter motel room, go somewhere else, pay (literally) four times the price, and leave a vacancy here for someone who can appreciate it.

This was precisely what I was looking for – a clean, quiet, no-frills room, which quite frankly compared favorably with many far pricier rooms I've stayed in over the years. The man at the reception desk (his name escapes me) was very friendly and helpful. I recommend this motel without hesitation.
This is a good little simple motel. Not fancy, no mints on the pillows but small room was clean, safe neighborhood, good restaurant next door. By far the most reasonable price in town. I recommend it if you want to sleep cheap in Hornell.
This place is perfect. The owner's formula is simple. Clean and quiet, older but not worn. No coffee maker, fridge, microwave or lock safe or millennial style upgrades? Who cares. Ken could probably convert to state-of-the-art but the rates would then increase. One of the best lodging places you'll find in all of New York State.
